"I had knifes very like this one but one broke and I ordered these, they are much better, I use it every day, nice and sharp and holds sharpness very well. It is easy to hold and nice looking. Great service and fast delivery. Would order again!"

The curve helps with peeling onions, opening jars with wrap-around cap seals, cutting wine seals, and has many other uses too. "This knife is the greatest I offer warm apples at my cafe I peel and cut them by hand each morning. The curved blade makes it easier to peel without taking too much apple off. I can cut and peel apples in half the time. Would definately recommend this product."
