Heavy-Duty Slicers Heavy-duty slicers use high torque drives and steel construction for heavier use and enhanced durability.

Light-Duty Slicers Light-duty slicers are for smaller operations with limited space. They are designed for easy cleanup.
15 Models
Medium-Duty Slicers Medium-duty slicers are for standard restaurant use. Most come with locked knife covers for user safety.
7 Models
The amount of time you intend to use a slicer is the main determiner for which slicer fits your needs. If you will be using the slicer for no more than two hours at a time, select a light-duty slicer. When continually slicing from two to four hours, go for a medium-duty machine. Heavy-duty slicers are designed to continually run anywhere from four hours to all day long.
