Dual Zone Display Cases

Most of the dual zone display cases have an open air refrigerated compartment on either the base of the unit or one of the sides. This area is usually reserved for beverages or prepared salads and sandwiches so customers can make their own selections. The rest of the unit is used to display dry goods, like pies and other bakery items. These compartments are accessed from the back of the unit. Some cases even have special baffle systems that allow the owner to change a refrigerated section into a dry display section and vice versa. The cases also have customizable exterior colors and patterns to help match any establishment’s décor.
