For the money this model is one of the best values on the market. It is easy to clean and very simple mechanically, so it is great for chefs who do not want to deal with digital controls: it’s all manual. The one thing to keep in mind is that it does not have built in timers, which for some is a negative, though there are plenty of chefs who dislike built in timers. It is a matter of preference. The bottom line is that it is a very dependable, low-cost machine that is great for anyone who needs to fry a variety of foods but doesn’t want a larger fryer that uses a lot of oil.
