Dean’s 90 Lb Gas Flat-Bottom Fryer (2424G) was built specifically for these tasks, as it is designed for high-volume frying of liquid batter and tempura-style foods. This flat-bottom fryer offers an induced-draft burner chamber with power exhaust system that dramatically cuts gas usage during idle times. Its Thermatron solid-state temperature control system closely monitors oil temperature for excellent recovery times and is simple to operate. The 24” x 24” frypot is expansive enough to properly fry large products or high quantities of smaller products, making this an advantageous unit for a wide variety of your frying needs.
