Q: Is there a hole in the top of this lid?
A: Yes, there is a small puncture on the top of the lid for ventilation. However, this may cause liquid to leak out if the container is not held upright.

"I used the lids for containers for soup at our local homeless shelter. The lids were easy to use and fit perfetly. The only disadvantage was the vent hole since we were packing containers in a bag with other items. We solved this by placing a sticker on top."

"We use this lid with the squat container and it works great. The lid fits on secure and is easy to remove as well. I would recommend it as well as the container. "
