This front-breathing sandwich unit refrigerator (Continental Refrigerator SW60-16-FB) is perfect for mid-sized to larger delis, restaurants and shoppes that do a lot of prep work with sixteen 1/6 size pans and a 12" deep full-length nylon cutting board.  The 17 cubic feet refrigerator has two heavy-duty epoxy-coated shelves that provide over eight square feet of storage space for your extra supply of cheese, lettuce, vegetables and more.  Three fans distribute the air uniquely allowing the panned product on top of the unit to maintain a 33°F to 41°F temperature in order to be in compliance and certified with NSF standards for preparation units.  An interior hanging thermometer will provide peace of mind every time the refrigerator is opened and five inch rubber casters make moving this unit for cleaning and maintenance a breeze.  The unit is front-breathing and can therefore be placed flush against a wall or buil into a counter for tight space constraints.
