This 67" Pizza Preparation Table refrigerator (Continental Refrigerator CPT67) is perfect for smaller to mid-sized pizza restaurants with nine 1/3 size pans and a 19" extra-wide high-density, full-length polyethylene cutting board.  The seventeen cubic feet refrigerated base allows for panned ingredients to be ready to go at your fingertips the minute you run out on the prep top.  The recessed pan rail has a speciliazed wrapped coldwall that maintains the correct temperature and is controlled seperatley from the refrigerator temperature.  This unit can also be customized with drawers in lieu of doors, please contact our product experts for more details on that and other options.
