CMA Dishmachines has been manufacturing dishwashers for the food service industry since 1975. With the exception of two models, all of the machines in their catalog are manufactured in their Garden Grove, California facility. From there, CMA ships washers to distribution centers around the world. Each machine comes with a global support network to provide peace of mind and trouble-free operation for as long as the machine is being used.

Energy Star Certification In order for commercial kitchen equipment to earn the Energy Star certification, it has to meet energy efficiency guidelines set forth by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Energy. Qualified dishwashers use less water and energy than conventional models. CMA Dishmachines has several units that meet these standards, including conveyor, door-type and undercounter dishwashers. Energy Mizer Series The key ingredient to CMA's Energy Mizer Series of dishwashers is the pump purging system. After each wash cycle, water is injected directly into the wash pump to remove any leftover detergent and food scraps before then next load is washed. This prevents chemical carryover and assures that dishes come out spotless the first time. Energy Mizer machines have several other features including a built-in scrap tray that will catch food debris before it can clog the drain, built-in chemical dispensers that provide proper chemical mixture every time and automatic start/stop to make sure the machine is running only when the door is closed. Washes dishes quickly and without chemical residues. Table top design is ergonimically friendly and the lift up/push down start method is very efficient. Put this dishwasher in line with some rinse tables and you don't have to lift anything to get your dishes done.

The machine is quite nice, Came with all needed parts and does a very good job. We had a problem with the operations manual that says we need to use a sanitizer - when we called the help line they said it was a printing mistake. The machine is deeper than a standard counter top by about 2 inches. We are a Church and feed 150 people every Thursday - the dishwasher has cut our water usage by 2/3ds.
