I like everything about this cutting board but the size. I guess I really didn't consider the dimensions when I ordered. You can cut on this board, but as soon as you cut a few pieces you have to move them to another bowl so you have room to cut some more.

The one thing I like about these mats is that they come in a roll and we can cut and fit them were we like. It makes it nice because we can have one long mat on our line instead of 3 small ones.

We make large batches of batter in large Hobart mixers. When we have to scrape the bottom of the bowl, these gloves are great. I also like that they come in small packages so we can keep just a few in a drawer at a time. They are lightweight enough to feel what you are doing but study enough that your finger doesn't poke through.

Got this glove to help prevent cuts to the food holding hand while using a knife with the other hand. Good protection to avoid those little accidental moments that might otherwise nick the holding hand. Everyone should have one who cuts meats and fish from the bones. This is not a chain mail glove, so you still have to be careful as you should always be with knives.
