"We ordered two utility carts (trucks) at the same time. One was in excellent condition, very stable and smooth rolling. The other did not seem balanced on the floor, a bit wobbly and a thin support layer on the underside of the top shelf was peeling away. However, a replacement was received and was in great condition, with none of the previous problems."
