A: Yes, this covers a rack that can hold full sized 18" x 26" sheet pans. Neither the sheet pans nor the rack are included in the price of this item.

Q: Does the cover unzip all the way toward the top of the rack so the shelves can be reached?

A: This Channel Manufacturing Bun Pan Rack Cover (ELC-69) zips and unzips all the way to the very top where the flap can then fold over so that shelves toward the top of the rack can easily be accessed.
