Champion Conveyor Dishwashers

The two main methods by which Champion conveyor dishwashers reduce energy and water consumption are with the wall of water spray jets and the dual rinse technology. The wall of water uses fluted, directional spray jets that provide a more vigorous clean, so the wash cycle does not have to last as long. The dual rinse system actually pumps the rinse water through the spray jets, rather than letting the water pressure move the water. This allows the machine to produce a flow rate of 300 gallons per hour while only using 112 gallons of water in an hour.

Another feature that adds to the overall efficiency of the Champion conveyor dishwasher is the conveyor drive system itself. The conveyor is pulled along by an integrated motor that helps reduce jams, and jams lead to downtime and lost water. Finally, the wash tank is sloped towards the siphon tube so water can be quickly recirculated through the machine.
