This chocolate is specially formulated for use in a chocolate fountain. It contains extra cocoa butter to ensure that it will remain liquid in the fountain and always flow with the consistency of fondue.    

Most chocolate will grow hard or grainy after an extended period of melting. This chocolate will stay liquid in a fountain for days. It is better for a chocolate fountain than standard baking chocolate, which can grow clumpy and clog the machine. Chocolate for fountains will create a smooth surface of chocolate in any chocolate fountain. Choose from a variety of chocolates, including dark, milk and white chocolate. Consider adding flavoring to your chocolate, like orange or mint. Or, color can be added to white chocolate to create a chromatic display and presentation.
