Most chocolate will grow hard or grainy after an extended period of melting. This chocolate will stay liquid in a fountain for days. It is better for a chocolate fountain than standard baking chocolate, which can grow clumpy and clog the machine. Chocolate for fountains will create a smooth surface of chocolate in any chocolate fountain. Choose from a variety of chocolates, including dark, milk and white chocolate.
