Q: How long does this product keep food hot?
A: This Carlisle Slide ‘N Seal End Loader (XT3000R) keeps food hot for about eight hours however, every time the door is opened heat will escape and shorten the holding period some. When the door is kept shut, food will remain at the correct temperature for approximately eight hours.
