Equipped with Teflon bristles, this 1" Round Waffle and Griddle Brush (40115-00) is capable of buttering and basting hot surfaces such as griddles and irons without damaging any of the bristles. The Teflon material is able to outlast and out-perform Nylon, plastic and natural Boar bristles when used in high heat applications. This pastry-style brush is designed with a plastic handle so that it stays cool to the touch throughout operation.
