Designed to hold and transport a single food pan, this carrier is made from corrosion-resistant, sturdy polypropylene that looks fantastic while standing up to even heavy, everyday use. This carrier can accommodate a full size six inch deep pan while the thick foam insulation provides exceptional temperature retention. The temperature of the contents of the pan, if starting at a temperature of 189°F, will only fall to 175°F after a whopping four hours, and for cold foods, if the starting temperature is 33°F, it will only rise to 36.5°F after a full four hours which is remarkably handy for any caterer.
