Cambro is all about convenience and safety in the foodservice industry. This is especially true when it comes to food storage, which one of the most important aspects of the industry. This Cambro Winter Rose Lid (SFC6-451) is color coded. The graduated measuring gauge on the outside of Camsquare containers are the same color as the lid, so containers with green lettering match up with these green lids. The lids fit the 6 and 8 quart containers, and since these containers can hold any food item, you can customize the colors as you see fit. These lids have an inner and outer seal to keep foods safe and prevent spills, as well as a thumb tab for easy removal.

"I have never had lids before and they make the containers far more valuable. I have used them in the microwave and the freezer and they work extremely well in all situations. Obviously it allows the containers to stack and that is something I had missed so I am glad to now have lids."

"The winter rose lids for 6 & 8 qt camsquares are replacements for the original lids that came with the Cambros when we purchased them. The lids we purchased from FSW are sturdier and will hold up better to high temperature washing and sterilizing. We use the Cambros and lids in our pickling processes, and they must be sterile when the processes are started."
