Cambro is all about convenience and safety in the foodservice industry. This is especially true when it comes to food storage, which one of the most important aspects of the industry. This Cambro Midnight Blue Lid (SFC12-453) is color coded. The graduated measuring gauge on the outside of Camsquare containers are the same color as the lid, so containers with green lettering match up with these green lids. The lids fit the 12, 18 and 22 quart containers, and since these containers can hold any food item, you can customize the colors as you see fit. These lids have an inner and outer seal to keep foods safe and prevent spills, as well as a thumb tab for easy removal.
