"We are not using this product for kitchen use. We are a live bait tank manufacturer and these round storage containers are perfect for short storage of bait while transferring minnows or cleaning the system out. They work wonderfully and are a very well made product.

"Excellent for holding yeasted bread dough while it rises. The measured markings on the side really help in determining the "Ready" state of the dough. I have several as I make a batch of different types of dough. Some taking one-two days. They are easily cleaned and stacked for storage."
