The Cambro holding cabinets have thick polyurethane foam insulation and a tough plastic outer body which keeps the cabinet exterior safe-to-the-touch while keeping the stored foods hot. The cabinets use a low energy heating method and louvered panels to gently circulate air throughout the interior. This, in conjunction with the thick insulation and air tight door seals, drastically reduces the overall energy consumption while still maintaining proper temperature and humidity.
