There are Cambro food storage products available for keeping all types and quantities of foods fresh and safe. When storing bulk produce, meat poultry or seafood, there are large boxes available to facilitate this need. For smaller portions of food, various plastic containers are available. Some even have a graduated scale on the outside so you know how much food is inside. Finally, special rolling bins are available to store bulk dry ingredients like sugar or flour.

The containers, boxes and bins can also be customized with sick on labels that indicate what is inside and when it was placed there. Proper labeling is critical when rotating food stock because you want to use up the oldest foods first. This is called the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method of food storage.
