The 9-11 1/8" PlateSafe Camrack (Cambro CRP12911) is a dish rack equipped to hold up to twelve plates with diameters of nine to 11 1/8 inches and a maximum height of 1¾ inches.  With their vinyl coated steel grid and durable polypropylene construction, the PlateSafe Camracks® make it easier than ever to commercially wash and store large numbers of plates.  The vinyl coated steel grid safely and securely holds plates upright to ensure a thorough cleaning while the polypropylene construction protects against harsh detergents and temperatures of up to 200°F.  By eliminating the need to transfer dishes from wash racks to dish caddies for transportation, the PlateSafe Camracks® reduce the chances of needlessly damaging or breaking plates.
