The 9-10½" PlateSafe Camrack (Cambro CRP12910) is a dish rack equipped to hold up to twelve plates with diameters of nine to 10½ inches and a maximum height of 1¾ inches.  The PlateSafe Camracks® make it easier than ever to commercially wash and store large numbers of plates with their durable polypropylene construction and vinyl coated steel grid.  The polypropylene construction protects against harsh detergents and temperatures of up to 200°F while the vinyl coated steel grid safely and securely holds plates upright to ensure a thorough cleaning.  By eliminating the need to transfer dishes from wash racks to dish caddies for transportation, the PlateSafe Camracks® reduce the chances of needlessly damaging or breaking plates.
