The 21" x 13" Full Size Camchiller (CP1220) is a plastic insert for select models of Cambro food carriers. Simply freeze the insert before use and then place the insert into the food carrier to dramatically extend the safe holding time or when you require frequent access. The Camchiller® itself will only rise from 33.3°F to 33.76°F over the course of three hours which is just over a tenth of a degree per hour! This insert has been designed to fit into 300MPC, UPC400, UPCS400, UPC600, UPC800, the top portions of UPC1200, UPC1600, 1318MTC, CVC72, CVC724, CMB1826, CMB1826L and UPCSS160.
