"I found this item to be okay but it could be a bit heavier duty. It seems to be stressed under the weight of the heavier pots and so it is limited in what it can be used for. One would expect that commercial equipment could support the heavier demand, in this case, the weight of the heavier pots. Not a piece of junk, just could be improved. For light-duty cooking, it is excellent."
