Cadco’s 14" Hi-Power Single Hot Plate (CSR-3T) is a great option if you are looking for a high-powered hot plate that is exceptionally efficienct. This hot plate is equipped with an industrial rated burner that has an 8” diameter high-speed tubular element. As with other Cadco hot plates, this one has a Robertshaw thermostat that offers endless heat control. The stainless steel surface makes this product easy-to-clean once the cooking is done. "Works well with our setup of a limited kitchen area. We are able to use the hot plate in several areas for our demonstrations of food items. It functions well for quick heat ups and very portable for quick storage. I would recommend to users where space is limited."

"I needed a hotplate to supplement my electric range and to take with me for use at charity suppers where I volunteer to cook for many people. I tried the cheap consumer grade, imported hotplates but they are poor quality and break easily. This Cadco commercial hotplate fits my needs perfectly! It is very well made, durable, powerful and best of all, it's made in the U.S.A."

"I use this hot plate to heat water based dye baths. It quickly heats the pot to boiling point (almost too quickly at the moment as I am still learning the best setting for each bath size) and steadily maintains the bath at the needed temperature. I am planning on buying a second one once funds allow!"

"I am a home brewer and this item is exactally what I needed for the brewing process. I am very satified with this product. I plan to use it for many uses along with cooking. It's nice to have as a 5th burner for those big holiday dinners when there is not enough room on the stove."
