Cadco (CDR-2TFB) - 13-1/2" 220 Volt Double Space Saver Hot Plate

Cadco (CDR-2TFB)
This is an incredible range with plenty of power and heat for any type of cooking. The variable thermostat is a joy to use with complete control of the heat. The one disadvantage is keeping the stainless steal clean and grease and oil free. I would recommend this range to anyone cooking on a counter top.
Cadco (XAF-195) - 32" Full-Size Convection Oven With Humidity - 220V

I really like this oven. The size is perfect for my needs. I own a cupcake bakery and the performance of the oven is excellent. The reversing fans are great for baking cupcakes as they don't turn out uneven and lopsided. The oven performs well on both thick and thin batters.

Cadco (KR-S2) - 9-1/2" Portable Cast Iron Range

I purchased this hot plate to use with my American Pressure Canner 921. It heats evenly and works very well. For anyone that has a glasstop stove and wishes to use a pressure canner, I would not use the glasstop. I learned the hard way. This product has me canning again. The cast iron heating surfave provides a nice even heat. The hot plate is well built! I've no doubt it will last a long time.

My husband bought these for me as I wanted to use them in our convection/micro oven for biscuits, cookies and rolls. The cheap ones I had would warp when they got hot. These fit my oven perfectly..have made rolls on them ..no dark spots, easy to clean and am very happy to have found them. I just wish I had not waited so long!
Cadco (XAF-130) - 24" Half-Size Convection Oven - 220V
Audrey - March 25, 2013
Cadco (XAF-130)
The oven arrived in adequate shipping protection with no damage. I was able to plug it in and begin using it. It is being used for bread baking and creates an evenly baked loaf in all areas of the oven. I am able to bake 6 normal sized loaves at a time.
Cadco (FTCG-200) - 16" Electric Countertop Glass-Ceramic Fry Top Griddle - 220V

Cadco (FTCG-200)
I was petty impressed when I read the description of the Cadco FTCG-200. Infrared heat and a glass ceramic cooking surface sounded great. As a commercial griddle it would be good for late customers arriving after the main griddle was cleaned and shut down. For home it is a good size for a family of four and up. And I have always had good luck with other Cadco cooking appliance. The only drawback (I thought) was it is 220v which many home kitchens don't have.
Cadco (XAF-113) - 24" Half-Size Convection Oven With Humidity
Min - February 27, 2013
Cadco (XAF-113)
It looks like a very well made oven. Unfortunately I had to return it due to its unique feature of a hot chimney in the back which might be a fire hazard if the oven is placed under a cabinet.
Cadco (OHFSP) - 18-3/8 x 12" Aluminum Half-Size Flat Sheet Pan

I use this as a shelf inside my small upper oven. It's semi-permanent in there, and great for throwing bread under the broiler element, or just holding things that might spill or bubble over. Previously used smaller non-stick sheets, but they'd get scratched and didn't fill the whole rack.
