Q: What is the difference between this glove and kevlar gloves? Which would be more flexible?

A: The BVT/Chef Revival D-Flex Cut Resistant Glove(DFG1000)is more flexible than those made of Kevlar. The Kevlar, however, is more durable and can withstand heavy-duty cutting whereas the D-Flex can only withstand standard-duty.
