Q: How long does this product keep coffee hot?
A: This Bunn 5 Gallon TDS-5 Cylinder Style Tea/Coffee Dispenser (33000.0001) is made to mainly house tea, not coffee, although coffee can be dispensed from it. Since it is not insulated, the coffee will not stay hot very long (20-30 minutes max) and would be more ideal for a high capacity event where it would be served very fast.
