"A very nice bowl, with a good lip making it easy to carry with hands or balance on hips, the finish is very bright and shiny. Great size good for mixing and bread rising. It stacks easily without sticking together. Recommended for household and commercial use."

"I LOVE this bowl. It was exactly what I was looking for. I thought is was excellent that they allow the average household cook to buy restaurant supplies and so inexpensive! I had been to a few stores looking for a lightweight, stainless steel bowl and couldn't find one until I found this site. This bowl has an edge that is easy to handle and I use it all the time. "This is NOT an 8 qt bowl. Put water in this bowl--will only hold 5 1/2 qts. Sent the first one I ordered from another seller back due to the size being 5 1/2 instead of 8 only to get this one with same results. Order 10 1/2 quart if you want a true 8!"
