"These bowls -- I bought five -- are just the thing for scaling a ten to twelve pound batch of bread. One bowl for flour, one for water, one for salt, one for preferment, and one for anything else. The price is right, the finish smooth, and the weight is medium so that they don't dent easily, but are light enough to wash up fast."
