Browne-Halco’s 18" x 13" Thermalloy® Aluminum Bun Pan (BP1826-12) works perfectly in such environments, as it is constructed of 1150 aluminum that can withstand the bumps and bruises commonly associated with life in a professional kitchen. It is 18 gauge and is reinforced by zinc-plated steel wire.

"Our Ruritan Club(a service group) purchased these pans to use for our monthly Beeakfasts which we use use the procedes for helping in our Community.. I Retired from School Food Service-they are not quite as heavy, but I think they will do-Thanks. Of course they will not be used as much as those were. "

"We bought these sheets to use when we make home knocci and ravioli. They hold so much food and make it easy for freezing. They are also perfect for baking. They hold their shape and are heavy gauge. The price is the best on the net. I am very happy with my purchase."

"I was very pleased with my purchase. My son saw them and asked for one. He is using it daily and also for when he has to bring food from outdoors to inside. "This pan is amazing! It is well crafted, heavy-duty. The pan wont scorch or burn the bottom of your baked goods. They are easy to clean. My grandma, mom and wife all use these pans and would not be caught dead cooking with anything else. I find that they are reasonably priced, too."

"This is good quality, and it doesn't twist or bend when hot. Easy clean up. It's the perfect size when cooking for two. Holds enough food and doesn't take up the entire oven. The pan doesn't need the big size foil to line it. Even great for a small batch of appetizers. "

"I am an avid baker, and especially during the holiday season, I bake approximately 200 dozen cookies. These pans are the best by far, and much less expensive than cookie sheets you could purchase from any of the name brands that most home cooks would recognize. It's almost impossible to burn anything so cookies always come out perfect. But they are also great for pizza, rolls, stuffed breads and many other items. Very durable - don't be alarmed by them easily scratching - in my experience it will not affect the performance. My first set has been heavily used for several years."

"The weight of the pan is nice. I have worked in commercial kitchens and was looking for a half sheet pan that was comparable to ones I had used. I found the pan to be just that. I like the edge of the pan being high so I may use it for larger quantities of lemon and fruit bars. I bake for farmers markets and have found these pans make it much easier to mass produce. I use a plastic scrapper to clean them so they do not get scratched."

"These are my favorite sheet pans to use in the oven I must have at least six in my service. I just cover them with foil and presto they stay clean,when I bake pies or cookies..they are also great for large dishes that need to be put together for parties."

"What a perfect baking staple to have on hand. For years I have been alternating through random store-bought cookie and baking sheets trying to find one that works. Finally I found this pan and bought 2. I love that it multi-tasks from cookies to roasting vegetables. The aluminum is light weight but the rim makes it super sturdy and keeps it from warping and throwing my food all over the oven like other pans have. The size (half sheet) is perfect for me and my oven but I would easily have one in all sizes if I had the ovens to match."
