"These pans were purchased to better use the available space in my household oven. They allow many more cookies to be made at one time. Because i purchased four, I find i can ready the other three pans with dough while the first batch is baking. This allows me to clean up my mixing equipment and multi-task. The pans have a nice deep lip that allows easy gripping and are haevy duty (not flimsy). Solid alluminum and easy to clean. I really like these pans and FSW was one of the only places i could find that would sell a quantity less than twelve at a time. The price is very reasonable!!"

"Great for making sure nothing slips through my oven rack onto the burners. I generally use this with another pan that might drip or spill on top of it. Also works great with vented pizza rack on top to cook bacon. Grease drips into this pan and it's easier to get our of the oven."

"This pan is very helpful for use in our 30 inch home style oven. We have enough of these pans now to be able to do our production run. I also use this pan to protect our pizza stone in transport. This pan does fit on some of our sheet pan racks, but not all of them due to the different way the racks are built."
