Very solid product. Heavy duty - heavy gage. This is not a department store 'pretty - sells better than function' - This is a solid work horse.... not to say it doesn't look god - It does - professional & substantial. Conducts and retains heat wonderfully - A great egg and omlett tool. Non-stick... not this one, don't need it, and will out last a non-stick for may generations to come. Outstanding.

I never really looked at straight aluminum pans before but I am very pleased especially with the performance and quick heating. I also noticed that I need to cook things at a lower temperature than before. Have seasoned the pan with bacon grease a few times and the performance is good. Not exactly non-stick but almost.
