The blodgett model SHO-G-Single 38" oven is very heavy. The legs do not come installed, so someone must be ready to hold up the oven some way and install the four stainless steel leg on to the oven them selves. Gas and electrical connections were easy for the qualified installer.

Unit heats up fast and holds its temperature great.
This product arrived well packed, be sure to have a lot of people or some lifting equipment available when assembling. It heats up quickly, and the pilot is easy to light when necessary. Be sure to have a long peel to reach the back of the oven. Overall, good product and I like the two sections for large batches of product.
