The 12” Manual Gravity Feed Slicer- 800 E Series(827E) is made to cut all of your deli’s turkey, ham, hard salami, roast beef, and more. It features a chromium-plated carbon steel blade and a convenient built-in blade sharpener with handle. Brekel designed this meat slicer for small spaces and to be dissembled without tools. A ring guard provides additional room behind the knife for easy and practical cleaning as well as covers the non-slicing portion of the blade for safety considerations.

This Berkel 12" Manual Gravity Feed Slicer (827E) handles food up to 8-3/4” wide, by 7-1/4” high or 7” (178 mm) diameter. It is a light-duty machine, so it will handle cutting meats and cheese, but is not made for high volume production.
This 12" Manual Gravity Feed Slicer from Berkel (827E) will work fine for slicing raw beef or pork for Mongolian, Shabu Shaub or Korean style BBQ.
