The 10” Manual Gravity Feed Slicer- 800 E Series (825E) is made to cut all of your deli’s turkey, ham, hard salami, roast beef, and more. It features a chromium-plated carbon steel knife and a convenient built-in knife sharpener with handle. Brekel designed this meat slicer for small spaces and to be dissembled without tools. A ring guard provides additional room behind the knife for easy and practical cleaning as well as covers the non-slicing portion of the knife for safety considerations.

Q: Can this machine slice cheese?
A: This 10" Manual Gravity Feed Slicer (825E) is not recommended for slicing cheese. This model is best when used 2 to 3 hours per day for meat or vegetable slicing. Cheese tends to gum up the blade and wear on the motor much more than meats and cheeses, and therefore requires a stronger machine.

"This is a quality mini slicer. It's a good piece of equipment for low volume slicing needs like a cafateria. It's a little pricey but I'd say the value is good. If you need a slicer this is a recomended product from me. It's good but not great. Good slicer"

"This machine is great. This my first I brought from here but it won't be my last. Very easy to use and it does the job. Cutting the meat was very smooth and fast. It was like cutting butter. I'm very please with it and I recommand that if anyone needs a slicer, buy this one."
