A common problem shared by many bars with glass wash stations and compartment sinks is that they don’t have adequate space to store glassware that needs to dry. Simply add one of these storage cabinets with a drainboard top at the end of your compartment sink or glass washing station and you’ll have all the space you need to properly allow your glassware to dry after rinsing.
