Q: What makes a single-pass sheeter different than a double-pass sheeter?
A: Single-pass sheeters require passing your dough through the unit at least two times. When putting a softball-sized piece of dough into it, it's too much of a strain on the rollers to immediately get the dough to a desired thickness. The dough will have to be put through the sheeter more than once.
