The unit is made entirely from stainless steel, giving it a durability that stands strong against rust and corrosion. For easy use, the broiler features a dual rail system so that meats can be broiled closer, farther, or angled in relation to the heat source. Each of the unit’s four heating elements can be controlled individually, giving you versatility and complete control over the outcome of your meat products.
