This is a very good panini gril. It performs well, lasts a long time, and is easy to use. The split top allows you to cook two paninis at once, helping turn out food faster. While panini grills typically seem like very specific pieces of equipment, they actually have considerably more uses than most people think of. Since the point of a panini grill is to give the sandwich the lined-top "grill look," these machines can be used to cook hot dogs, steaks, hamburgers, and any other meat you want to have that look. This can replace your need for a countertop charbroiler. The one thing to keep in mind is that this unit does require 220 volts, so check your electrical outlets before purchasing one. However, all in all, this is a great machine for sandwich shops and restaurants that seat up to 120 people.
