The 18" Dough Cutting Ring (RDC18) is a metal dough cutting ring expertly manufactured by American Metalcraft. Dough cutting rings are used by many pizzerias to cut pizza dough to a desired diameter effortlessly and reliably. When kneading or throwing dough for pizzas, however, it can frequently be difficult to achieve the desired diameter or the exact circular shape every time. This stainless steel dough cutter has a welded stainless steel handle and measures eighteen inches (45.7 cm) in diameter by three inches (7.6 cm) high making it an excellent choice for dependably cutting thick dough to exactly an eighteen inch diameter.
