The 20" Rocker Pizza Knife (PKR20) is a rocker style knife for cutting pizzas into slices. Rocker knives are an excellent alternative to traditional wheel-style pizza cutter that easily dull and don't always cut all the way through crust. With a rocker knife, on the other hand, the blade can be easily sharpened and the rocking cutting motion uses leverage to ensure clean cuts all the way through any crust. Expertly manufactured by American Metalcraft, this stainless steel knife has a full twenty inch (50.8 cm) long blade that makes it able to easily and expertly cut even extra large pizzas. The knife also comes with POM handles for a sure grip while cutting.

"This rocker pizza cutter knife is made of quality material and craftsmanship. It seems to cut in one pass everytime with out pulling the toppings off of the pizza as would happen with a roller type cutter or with trying to use a chef knife. I would recommend this cutter to anyone wanting a good clean cut on their pizzas!!"

"This is a must have if you make pizza. I "build" our pizza, and when finished it's over 2" thick. I have Cutco knives, which are very sharp, but even the butcher knife is a bit short for my pizzas. With the pizza still on the wooden peel (paddle) just rock this knife back & forth a few times and your pizza is sliced to whatever size slice you like. It fits in the cookie sheet cabinet in case you're wondering where to store it."
