This 1 1/2 Cup Stainless Steel Measuring Cup (MCW150) from American Metalcraft works for casual commercial measuring or home use. The 1 1/2 cup is constructed from sturdy stainless steel to prevent rust or corrosion over years of professional use. The handle is also made from stainless steel and is formed in a looped wire design to allow an easy grip as well as a clean surface and place to hang the cup, if desired. A slight lip on one edge helps guide liquids out of the cup to prevent spillage without taking away from the smooth cylindrical design. Like the 2 cup measuring cup I also purchased, this item is fantastic. I do a lot of baking and I love being able to measure out things like flour and sugar so much faster with a 1 1/2 cup measuring cup. The quality is terrific as well.
This is the exact size needed for consistent measurement for our chicken pies. The slight lip on the side is useful also. We are very well pleased.
