This 19” Hard Coat Anodized Aluminum Wide Rim Pizza Pan (HCTP19) made by American Metalcraft is created to withstand years of use without losing its durability or reliability. Made with a shallow rim, food products and the pizza itself will remain within the pan confines for transportation and baking but, during service, the pizza is easily removable with a server. The pans are made of smooth 14 gauge aluminum that has gone through an electro-chemical process to create anodized aluminum. This extremely tough metal will not flake off even over time, and it features the same efficient heat conduction that aluminum is known for to ensure proper cooking consistency for your pizzas.

- For maximum life, clean this pizza pan with a mild detergent or a detergent made specifically for aluminum products. Over time, strong detergents can cause corrosion and thinning of the metal which may expose softer inner metal.
