Product Details

The 13” Anodized Aluminum Deep Dish Pizza Pan (HC90132) from American Metalcraft creates that delectable soft, thick crust with the perfectly crispy outer layer that pizza lovers crave. The slightly 2-inch tapered sides of the pan facilitate stacking as well as pizza extraction. The rim of the pan is rolled, making it a safe serving piece that can be presented to guests hot from the oven. This heavy-weight model is made from 14 gauge aluminum, making it a lasting choice and a great heat conductor for an evenly cooked pizza. The high-quality aluminum is then put through an electro-chemical process that anodizes the metal, making it flake-free and highly durable.

Additional Considerations:

  • To season, wash and dry thoroughly and lightly coat inside and outside with oil. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. Bake at regular cooking times and temperatures. Wipe off any excess oil to achieve stick resistance and use as normal.
  • For maximum life, clean these pizza pans with a mild detergent or a detergent made specifically for aluminum products. Over time, strong detergents can cause corrosion and thinning of the metal which may expose softer inner metal.
  • All hard-coated items are made-to-order and are non-returnable
