The 6" Stainless Steel Plastic Dough Scraper (DSP6705) is a six inch (15.2 cm) wide dough scraper expertly manufactured by American Metalcraft.  Primarily used to cut and scrape dough out of trays or off of tables, dough scrapers are an essential tool for any bakery or pizzeria.  This dough scraper is crafted out of stainless steel and has been designed with one round corner and one square corner to easily scrape dough out of the corners of trays.  The scraper has a durable, long-lasting plastic handle and measures six inches (15.2 cm) wide by 4½ inches (11.4 cm) tall.
