American Metalcraft (DRPE800) - 48 oz Anodized Aluminum Dough Pan

The 48 oz Anodized Aluminum Dough Pan (DRPE800) is an aluminum dough pan expertly manufactured by American Metalcraft.  Dough pans are pans used to store dough while the yeast proofs.  Proofing yeast is important because the yeast in dough isn't fully active until it proofs, and, therefore, the dough won't rise properly when baked.  Stackable dough pans are an excellent way to store dough while it proofs.  This dough pan is constructed from 14 gauge tempered aluminum and eastern stacking design to conserve space.  The 48 ounce capacity makes it ideal for standard portions of dough while the curved sides allow the dough to settle more naturally.
