The 18" x 26" Standard Dough Box (DRB18230) is a plastic dough box expertly constructed by American Metalcraft.  Dough boxes are stackable plastic boxes used to store and proof dough so that the yeast activates and the dough rises properly when baked.  This dough box is made from exceptionally durable ABS plastic which is highly impact and chemical resistant and dishwasher safe.  The sides, edges and corners have been reinforced to enable the dough box to be combined and securely stacked with most other dough boxes of the same size.  The dough box measures 18 inches (45.7 cm) by 26 inches (66 cm) by three inches (7.6 cm) high.
